Aniline leather can be identified by the fact that it can scratch lightly with your fingernail or if it gets wet, it will turn dark for a while. This type of leather usually has a marbelized color and you see different shades of color throughout. Faded colors can be revitalized by adding the tints, since the leather is porous and the tints will penetrate the leather and add color back to your leather to rejuvenate it well beyond your expectations. The first step is to clean with the soft cleaner, dry with a hair dryer, apply tint (can add the color to our wipe-out so the color will not get too dark) in gradual applications till you reach the desired color.
