Shipping of all products are from our Pennsylvania warehouse. All products are shipped UPS or FedEx ground.  Damage claims must be reported within three days of delivery so reports can be made if there is the need to do that.  We only have backorders if our suppliers have backordered us, since we pride ourselves in the stock we carry to fill your orders.     Any returns must be pre-approved to receive any type of credit. Note that there is a 27% fee on any pre-approved returns. 

This website is setup for shipping within the US and Canada.  International orders cannot be accepted here since there are too many products that cannot be shipped. Our international customers will send us a copy of their orders and we email the cost of shipping and help determine the best way to ship and to receive payment.
